Trying to use my kitchen more , and my wallet less 😂 this came out so good , and I had leftovers ! For my dressing I used a Balsamic Vinegarette . Feel free to dress with whatever you prefer ! I’m also pescatarian , so I was torn between shrimp OR salmon . This would have been $12-$15 at
